- Simon Ip (Managing Director)
We have partnered with Agape for many years now, because of their expertise and dedication to all our matters. Agape has paid particular attention in addressing complex issues in our matter before the Department and as a result, we have managed to obtain nomination approval for one of our cooks. We are very pleased with the result and we look forward to the visa approval.
- Clement Lee (Director)
For any larger organizations, compliance issues cannot be taken lightly. To this, I highly recommend Agape Henry & Co as their team is responsive and has great attention to detail.
- Eric Law (Chairman, Rydges Southbank)
We find Jason and his team to be diligent, strategic and effective. They are exceptionally responsive and very good in following up to ensure our objectives are achieved within the time frame.
- Chillie Poon (Director)
The team at Agape has been really helpful. They are also very well versed in immigration law and its challenges. Having a good understanding of how laws are made and administered, allowed them to be creative in wavering through threatening changes of law. They are my preferred immigration lawyers in Australia.
- Justin Ashley (Director)
Agape has helped me during my visa application process. They were there for me through the big changes in the 457 program in the past 4 months especially my nominated occupation of Customer Service Manager became caveated. My visa was granted in less than 3 months of the date of application. This has been extremely great news as I was very anxious due to the uncertain sudden changes of law. I am thankful for Agape that constantly kept us up to date with the latest changes and provided timely advice.
- Ms. Seitanidou (Customer Service Manager)
After receiving a refusal for an Application for Temporary Activity Sponsorship (now collapsed to subclass 407 & 408), I was referred to AGAPE by another immigration law firm. My first encounter was an unsual one, as the lawyer whom I met, spent a significant amount of time dissuading me. Upon showing this lawyer my refusal, I recall him boldly commenting, “the decision maker does not know what he is saying and has no power to refuse your application on those grounds”. As I wasn’t convinced with the lawyer’s confidence, he pulled out his Surface Pro and went through technical legislations and policies with me. I left that consultation undecided because it was my first time visiting a law firm where it did not have any advertisement and very troubling that they did not bother to have a display of its presence in the lobby of the building. There was only one button to hit where the elevator took me to the highest floor. I recall music and traces of a golf simulator and pool table. On making my decision to try them out, they were extremely pushy with speed. They kept pushing me to lodge the application even though I felt that my supporting documents were grossly inadequate. It was nice to see that they had a client liaison lawyer to balance out their lack of customer service, she was helpful in assisting me with queries on banking, which was outside the scope of their legal services. This was especially comforting particularly when dealing with a bunch of pushy lawyers being entirely dissmissive to the requirements published on the Department’s website and its document checklist. They justified their assertiveness by explaining that they specialize in Administrative and Immigration Law and they’d be putting the Department on notice on any action outside their delegated powers. When I heard that the laws and policies changed 5 days ago, I can now appreciate how quick they were moving because I received my approval today. The website of Department does clearly state that statistically, 75% cases are decided in 55 days and 90% of its caseload are decided in 88 days. Therefore, it was puzzling for me when Agape advised that they’d try to get it for me in 7 days. They were definitely instinctive and possess business acumen required to position businesses advantageously in the current migration climate. They made it abundantly clear that they would not accept clients who are open to cutting corners or willing to thread around grey areas. They claim to be a proud bunch who enjoy demonstrating their technical knowledge rather than putting together a ‘cosmetic application’. I am eager to continue putting to test the culture Agape represents as I have a meeting with them this Tuesday. Last note, they are not cheap.
- Jonathan (Director)
My company is one of the only 61 companies in Australia to have a company-specific Labour Agreement in place with the Department of Home Affairs. At first, I thought that my company was too small to be considered a Labour Agreement. I was also under the impression that it was a lengthy and difficult process but AGAPE did the heavy lifting even though I was travelling in and out of the country. AGAPE got it approved really fast. They are meticulous in their work and maintain a team with technical knowledge and experience. Before the changes of law were announced on 18 April 2017 along with the removal of 457 work visas, AGAPE was already able to foresee the immigration landscape and they managed to convince me to be a forerunner in positioning my business ahead of time which my valued employees and my company now enjoy.

Though this Nomination for the Subclass 494 visa was approved for Finn Poke, we have been a client of AHC Lawyers for many years and they have never failed us. The Nomination for our talented cook got approved in less than 2 months from when we appointed them for this case. The team is diligent, efficient and transparent. They are always up to date with their laws and are always on standby to assist. Thank you AHC Team!
- Jem Jacinto (Director)
Our employee had several complex issues, such as, inability to meet the English language requirements, previous employers unwilling to provide work references, pressing datelines to the expiration of visa, etc but the team at Agape Henry & Co resolved this expeditiously and we are grateful.
- Nancy Poon (Director)
We engaged the team at AHC Lawyers to assist us with the 482 work visa to keep one of our most talented Chef. We were extremely worried because at the time, our Chef’s visa was expiring in a couple of months. The team were extremely diligent and supportive throughout the application. The strategies laid out to us showed us that they really know what they are doing. The big hurdle with this application is now over as today, our Chef’s nomination was approved! Thank you so much team!

We wanted to expedite the lodge meant prior to the end of financial year. Agape accommodated to this and worked late Friday night and over the weekend to ensure my application was thoroughly checked and completed. They were extremely fast. We also got the approval in just over one (1) week. Thanks Agape!
