Winning "Caveats" - subclass 457
Agape was recommended to me by my employer and it has helped me a lot during my process of obtaining my Temporary Skilled Work Visa (Subclass 457) for me and my child. What I can say is that all the positive things that were said to us about them did not do justice to the service and attentiveness that Davin, Adele and the rest of their team provided. Agape advised me of the constantly changing nature of laws from the beginning and successfully predicted the change of laws before it actually happened based on their years of experiences. The occupation of Pastrycook is now caveat and not available for certain positions e.g. in a franchise. Although I work in a franchise store, my second 457 visa was still approved and I am now already eligible to apply for my Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186) visa.
I cannot thank enough for what Agape have done for me . If it weren’t for their guidance and expertise, I would not be close to achieving PR. They are worth all the money I’ve spent.
