Permanent Partner Visa Granted Despite No Evidence of Cohabitation and Sponsor Was In Prison

 I can’t thank Jason and his firm enough! When I went to Jason in March 2015, it was when my de facto visa application was under review (more towards being declined) as when I submitted the application my partner was in prison. As such, we had no evidence of cohabitation and very minimal evidence of being in a de facto relationship. Jason helped me with my statements and witness statements, paragraph by paragraph.
