Subclass 186 Visa Granted Despite Receiving Two Natural Justice Letter Touching on PIC 4020,

“Our family finally got our Subclass 186 visa after over 2 years of waiting and fighting at Tribunal and with the Department on two different natural justice letters both touching upon PIC 4020 and numerous request letters. We felt like the Department of Home Affairs was targeting us because they kept knocking us back. We are the last of the cohort to preserve the old laws on English exemptions and we are very grateful for listening to Agape’s advice. Even though my family gave up on numerous occasions, Agape convinced on not to lose hope and to continue fighting. I am so happy that we did not give up. It was a long and EXPENSIVE journey but worthwhile because my daughter is now an Australian citizen and the rest of our family are permanent residents of Australia. ”
