I received a Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation (NOICC) for my bridging visa A in October 2022. I came to Jason at Agape Henry Crux with only a few days left for the department to cancel my BVA. Due to the limited time to respond to the department, there weren’t enough documents to support my claims, but Jason and his team still manages to pull through and won my case with the result of not cancelling my bridging visa A.
