Positive Visa Outcome and Favourable Experience with Agape Henry Crux
I just hope to say Agape Henry Crux is really, truly, indeed amazing. I am not a passer-by but a previous client of AHC. Now I feel lucky that I made the rightest decision of entrusting my case to AHC lawyers.
Australian visas can be trickier than visas of most countries. Materials required for the application were so many and too detailed. I had no way of having them ready without professional guidance.
It was difficult to decide which lawyer to work with for the visa, as the journey to Australia means much to me. When you are reading this review, maybe you are like me. You have taken great courage to move abroad, for the reason of job relocation, family union, or study. And thus, we really do not want to lose that shot.
An important factor first, a multilingual (Malaysian, Mandarin, Italian etc.) multicultural law firm did make sense during my preparation. I felt extremely convenient and comfortable when working with a lawyer who could speak my language. At the start I did not think that it would not be a problem if I worked with a lawyer only in English. However, it was soon proved that the mother tone was most convenient and comfortable.
Now comes the story. My first contact was with Mr. Jason Lin, a credited immigration specialist and a partner of AHC. Jason was passionate about my small case (truly, small). Jason neither exaggerated my disadvantages, which could rise the amount of the bill, nor downplayed those disadvantages, which could make the contract signed soon. Jason just analysed my case with insights and in details.
Frankly speaking, Jason’s gentle but firm tone soothed my stress about going through the long process of applying for an Australian visa. He gave me a firm mind about my decision on Australia.
And the lawyer of Jason’s team, who was responsible for my case, worked so well beyond my expectation, far beyond. I have never met a law professional more intelligent and patient than Anzhi Cao, my representative lawyer:
First, Anzhi are very familiar with the most up-to-date immigration laws and policies. She also provided me with a clear and precise timeline for the application.
Second, Anzhi was extremely dedicated to her clients. She always responded to me as soon as it was possible, so that my issues were solved/updated quickly within one or two working days.
Third, Anzhi has NEVER been impatient about my several emails and calls, no matter what kind of silly question I asked. She never felt me annoying, but instead, she fully understood and thought from my perspective.
I won’t forget how Anzhi talked with me on the phone soon after the New Year’s Day. She again solved my doubts by her insights about Australian visas, and she encouraged me to carry on with warm words.
Most lawyers are respectful ones who treat clients with dignity. Anzhi has one step further—she treats me with humanity. Without exaggeration, she’s given me an example about how I should work and treat people.
The other staff members at AHC are also kind and helpful to a perfect degree. There was always someone answering the office’s phone after seconds.
From the bottom of my heart, I hope to say THANK YOU. Thank you, Jason. Thank you, Anzhi, many thanks, so many, for helping me as the best as you can. Thank you all, members of AHC.
