Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) Approved in 2 Days!
After a devastating 485 visa refusal, I was mistakenly told by the migration agent that I was under Section 48 Bar, which prevents me from applying for any other visa onshore. She told me that my only recourse was to file an appeal with the AAT or leave Australia within 35 days! The appeal was submitted to the AAT which came with a substantive filing fee, and a hefty migration agent service charge.
This whole exercise with the AAT turned out to be unnecessary.
