Approval for Child Australian Citizenship After Refusal Due to Identity Issue

The lawyers at Agape are fighters. We kept getting hit back by poor decision making of the Chinese embassy on the identity issue. We went to Tribunal and my lawyer put up a fight with the Government. In the end, the Minister conceded that they made a mistake and remitted the application back to the Department and now I have received an approval for my child’s citizenship.
