Direct Permanent Residency for Partner Visa Granted Despite Not Living Together
I was referred to Jason by another immigration lawyer. My brother sponsored his partner who resides in China a partner visa but it was refused because the Department was not convinced the relationship was genuine. My brother did not cohabitate with his partner and lacked evidence demonstrating that they meet the 4-aspect required in a partner visa. The Department initiated an interview but my brother suffers from a disability where he has difficulties expressing himself.
