Successful Ministerial Intervention for Barred from Applying for more Visas after being Refused Partner Visa (s48)

My partner visa was been refused and I only had one day left to leave the country I was all packed to go back home but a friend of mine introduced me to Jason Ling and straight away Jason was able to come up with a solution which was to appeal for Ministerial Intervention. My visa situation wasn’t an easy to solve as I was holding Bridging Visa A at that time and I already consulted 2 immigration lawyers about my case but both of them told me that there was nothing I can do but to leave the country.
