News Update: Business Nominations Reopens – Western Australia

The nomination applications for Business Talent visas in Western Australia was suspended on 08 January 2019. The nomination applications for Business Innovation and Investment provisional visas in Western Australia was suspended on 10 January 2019

The nomination is reopening today, 17 January 2019, 8.30am (Western Australia Time).

Essentially, the Permanent Business visas that require nomination from the Government of Western Australia are as follows:

  • 132 Business Talent (Permanent) – Significant Business History Stream

  • 132 Business Talent (Permanent) – Venture Capital Stream

  • 888 Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) -  Business Innovation Stream

  • 888 Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) -  Investor Stream

  • 888 Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) - Significant Investor Stream

  • 892 State Sponsored Business Owner (Permanent)

  • 893 State Sponsored Investor (Permanent)

And, the Provisional (Temporary) Business visas that require nomination from the Government of Western Australia are as follows:

  • Visa 188 Business Innovation and Investment - Business Innovation Stream

  • Visa 188 Business Innovation and Investment - Business Innovation Stream - Extension

  • Visa 188 Business Innovation and Investment - Investor Stream

  • Visa 188 Business Innovation and Investment - Significant Investor Stream

  • Visa 188 Business Innovation and Investment - Significant Investor Stream - Extension

  • Visa 188 Business Innovation and Investment - Entrepreneur Stream

  • Visa 405 Investor Retirement - renewal

 

The Business Migration Centre (BMC) is responsible for approving State nomination on behalf of the Government of Western Australia
