Florrie Tseng

Director of User Experience

Florrie is the Director of User Experience at Agape.  Her background was working in FMCG and publishing companies finance teams.  During her FMCG time, she worked across some of the most well-known beverages in Australia, such as Tooheys, XXXX, Boags, Heineken, Bacardi etc.   She was also involved in the process of annual CPI beer material costs across the country and was also appointed in the project leads. 

During her time in publishing, she worked closely with the publishers and editor chiefs for Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and Elle.

Florrie joined Agape full time in 2015, she started in the finance team.  Over time, the firm has seen her value in relationship building.  She was appointed as Director of User Experience in 2018. Florrie’s role is to ensure the firms deliver and enhance client experience and employee experience.
