What are the Minimum Requirements?

Occupation Eligibility: Have an occupation listed as available and eligible for the intended visa subclass on the Western Australian Skilled Migration Occupation List (Schedule 1).
Work Experience: Provide evidence of relevant work experience, which can be demonstrated through:
At least one year of Australian work experience in the nominated or closely related occupation within the last 10 years; or
At least one year of overseas work experience in the nominated or closely related occupation within the last 10 years.
Employment Contract: If applying for the Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190), have a full-time employment contract for at least six months in the nominated or closely related occupation in Western Australia.

Building and Construction Occupations: Applicants seeking nomination in a building and construction occupation do not need to have a contract of employment.
